Specialist service requirements differ from case to case in each contract and the same will be attended to by our expert Engineers and Technicians.

Once our technical proposal is accepted by the customer and a work order is placed on us, it is recorded and reviewed to establish that the requirements of the order are adequately defined and promptly documented any differences from the proposal are resolved so that we fully satisfy the customer’s needs and requirements.

In addition to the original work order descriptions/contract specifications, the customer may also request additional / variation works to be undertaken by us. In these circumstances, the work content is documented and agreed with the customer prior to the start and execution of the contract to ensure that no ambiguity exists.
