We are committed to the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our HSE Management Systems Working towards this policy, we have developed key strategies in the following six areas:

• Risk: Assess the environmental aspects safety and health risks of our operations, activities, and services, and incorporate practical procedures and controls necessary to prevent adverse impacts.

• Environmental: Support the reduction, reuse, and recycling of waste materials, the elimination of emissions that adversely impact the environment, and the conservation of natural resources.

• Continuous: Set and review relevant HSE goals and targets designed to ensure continuous improvement in HSE performance.

• Sustainable Supply: Partner with our suppliers and customers to protect the environment by designing environmentally conscious products.

• Community Connection: Demonstrate global HSE leadership through participation in the formulation of HSE public policy, and applying our resources to improve the communities in which we live.
